I am Ry Henderson

A local queer activist and USF St. Petersburg Digital Journalism and Design Master’s Student

A Tampa Bay local, Ry Henderson is a Master’s student at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg. Studying for his Master’s in Digital Journalism and Design, he has also received a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Cultural Studies from USF St. Petersburg. A multi-time published Poet and Photographer, Ry has a heavily vested interest in the arts and the preservation of local culture. Highly active in his local community, Ry can be found participating in things ranging from open mic nights to University sponsored events, and has become well acquainted with many in the greater Tampa Bay area.
